Dashboard Guide

This is to explain on Pintu for Business - IDRT Fiat Gateway partner-facing dashboard

The Dashboard can be accessed through the following links:

Account Creation

You will be given a link via an email invitation after your API request has been approved.

User Settings

You may update your dashboard & API settings through this menu. You can generate API Keys, whitelist IP address, callback URL, set time formatting, and invite/delete team members who can access the dashboard.

You may also add or remove team member who can access the dashboard from the settings tab.

Simply click on the "Add New Member" button, input the respective team member email address, and click "Send Email Invitation".

To remove a team member, you can simply click on the "delete" icon and click the "Remove User" confirmation button.

Obtaining API Key

In the settings page, you may generate API Key which can be used to authenticate your company's Fiat Gateway API integration. Please note that our dashboard will only show you this API Key once, thus we strongly recommend you to store this API Key safely.

Callback URL

Callback URL is used to notify your platform whenever a purchase is created and its respective payment status. You need to provide an endpoint from your system to receive callback from us. The callback notification will be sent over via POST request to your callback URL that you have set initially.

Dashboard Home & User Transactions History

Once signed-in, you will be redirected to the dashboard home. Here, you can track your user transactions' history, see your IDRT balance, and navigate to other menu on the dashboard. You can download it as well in the form of "CSV".

Withdraw IDRT

You may withdraw / convert the IDRT balance on the dashboard into IDRT to your own wallet by navigating to the "Withdraw IDRT" section. You can input the "Withdrawal Amount" and select the "Destination Address". Pintu will then process it shortly.

You may check the IDRT withdrawal history through this section. You can download it as well in the form of "CSV".
